Refund policy

At TopMrrch.com, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you need to return an item please refer to our policies and contact us at info@topmrrch.com.

Most returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all tags. Some items are not returnable due to their nature. Some custom items, perishable goods, health products etc are not eligible for return or refund. Before initiating a return, please contact us as at info@topmrrch.com.

Title your email RETURNS so we can expedite your resolution. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will generate a mailing label for you to return the item to the correct location for fastest processing.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, or in accordance with our supplier’s policies, a photo upload or other documentation may be required. This helps expedite the process and provides proof for evaluation. For some of our Custom items, photographic proof may be all that is required to get your item replaced as soon as possible. Please reach out to us as soon as possible if you have a deadline to meet for example a wedding or anniversary to gift custom jewelry.

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Restocking fees may also apply.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

If approved, refunds are processed 5-10 business days upon item receipt. Refunds are processed to your original payment method or with store credit if applicable. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@topmrrch.com.

Privacy

Customer photos and any personal information shared for return processes are collected solely for verifying claims and facilitating returns. 

Personal data will be securely stored and retained only as long as necessary for processing the return, in accordance with data protection regulations.

Customers have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of their data at any time.

Modifications to Policy: We may amend this policy anytime without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
